We offer fast and secure nationwide delivery on all eligible items. Firearms and ammunition are couriered in compliance with South African firearm transport regulations. Delivery times vary by product type and location.
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, eligible items may be returned within 7 days in original condition and packaging. Please contact us first to arrange a return authorization.
Note: Firearms, ammunition, and custom-ordered items are non-refundable unless defective.

Nationwide Shipping for Firearms, Ammunition & Accessories
We offer safe and reliable delivery across South Africa:
🔫 Firearms are delivered via RAM Couriers at a flat rate of R1500 per firearm once your license has been approved and issued.🎯 Accessories, apparel, and non-licensed items are delivered through The Courier Guy, with standard tracking and delivery times based on your location.

Returns: Simple as 1-2-3
In-Store Returns
Customers are welcome to return eligible items in person at our store located at 28 5th Street, Delmas. Items must be in original condition with proof of purchase and returned within 7 days of collection. Firearms, ammunition, and special orders are non-returnable unless defective.
Our team is happy to assist you with any concerns or product exchanges on-site.
Online Returns
Online purchases of eligible items can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Contact us to request a return and we’ll assist you with a courier collection. The item must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Need Something Different? We’ve Got You Covered.
If you’re not 100% happy with your soft goods or accessories, we’re happy to assist with an exchange. Products can be exchanged in-store or via courier within 7 days, provided they’re in original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.
Note: Firearms and ammunition are excluded from exchanges unless defective or misallocated.
